HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?
At this time, our office is NOT open for walk-in customers. You can order your GRADUATION items on this website by registering under your school and creating an account.

WHO DO I SEND ANNOUNCEMENTS TO AND WHEN DO I MAIL THEM?
This is an announcement chosen by your school to share with family, friends, neighbors & people who are important to you.It is not an invitation to the actual ceremony. Proper etiquette indicates mailing your announcements to arrive 2 weeks before your graduation date.

DO MY ANNOUNCEMENTS HAVE MY NAME ON THEM? WHAT NAME DO I USE FOR MY NAMECARDS?
Official school announcements DO NOT include the student's name. YOU MUST ORDER NAMECARDS (available on this website) to identify the graduate.You should use your formal legal name. You are limited to 27 characters including spaces for both namecards & diploma plaques. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SPELLING & PUNCTUATION. You have 3 days from the date the order is placed to make any changes.

WHAT DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED?
The Regular Order Program begins December 6. All orders must be PAID IN FULL. There is no payment plan in the Regular Order Program.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I ORDER AFTER DECEMBER 6?
Our Regular Order Program begins December 6. Your order is custom made & produced at one of our manufacturing plants and shipped to Georgia. Late Fees will apply on ALL Cap & Gown orders beginning January 1, 2022 and will increase each month afterward. There are no refunds in the Regular Order Program.

WHEN & WHERE WILL I PICK UP MY ORDER?
Graduation Announcement Orders and Cap & Gown Orders WILL BE DELIVERED TO YOUR SCHOOL & distributed by the Herff Jones Representatives. You will be notified via text by the phone # you provided when you placed your order. Graduation Announcements and Cap & Gown Orders WILL BE DELIVERED AT THE SAME TIME in most schools.

WHAT IF I DON'T GRADUATE?
There are NO REFUNDS in the Regular Order Program that begins December 6. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO EXCEPTIONS. The ONLY ITEM that is eligible for a refund is the Cap & Gown Unit, if you do NOT meet graduation requirements & provide documentation from the school.
